No results on my Certification page-More than 24 hrs

yesterday i was taking the certification exam and i wanted to submit, suddenly i don’t get any link to submit . Its been 24 hours there is no result published. It will be failed but not even that is published and no link for another attempt.

Is there any other way to submit the assignment in case next time i face the same issue.

Please look into it.
