No Package found

Hi everyone,
since I got the new updated version of UiPath 2020.10.0 I cannot find UiPath Packages anymore. When I go to Manage Packages, both in All Packages and Official I got the message “No Package Found” and I cannot understand how to solve this. Did anyone face this issue?

The Settings are the following:

I already tried to uninstall and reinstall UiPath but nothing changed.
