No more Development robots available. Please update your license! (#1900)

Hello community,
I’m trying to install for test-reasons a local Orchestrator-Instance.
Installation is as far OK, I can connect to Orchestrator.

But my License seems not to be OK. I’ve uploded a exported licence from Studio, so that the plus-Button under “Robots” is available. But I still cannot add an Robot, I got the following message when i hit the “Create”-Button:
No more Development robots available. Please update your license! (#1900)

Is there a way to get a robot up and running in a local training-environment?

I think you can talk to UiPath vendor team to get a dev license if you have bought an Studio, but you would need an orchestrator license as well. Not sure about that.
For test reasons, there is https://platform.uipath.com and https://beta.uipath.com

I am using the community version, but facing the same issue
Could you please help we with that?
