No form action was submitted Error code:2406

Hi,

I am trying auto approve a form task using complete task activity, I have supplied the task id and Task action correctly into the properties. But I am getting the below error.
“No form action was submitted Error code:2406”

Can you please help me on this?

Orchestrator version:
2020.10.6
Pkges version
Persistence - 1.4.6
Form activities - 1.1.8

Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks.

Hi! Were you able to figure this out? I am facing the same issue and I suspect it’s related to the older orchestrator version.

EDIT: I made it work using an Orchestrator HTTP Request to the TaskForms Endpoint.
