No connection between one robot and elasticsearch

What would be the best steps to find out the reason why one robot could not create log entries in eleasticsearch via activity log_message since some days? In September it worked.
Other robots in another tenant work as well - so it can’t be an elasticsearch issue.
We restarted the robot, check the UiPath.settings but now we do not have any other idea.
We can’t find any error message.

Can’t be a firewall issue because we can create entries via curl.

Solution was to delete everything in this folder:

C:\Windows\SysWOW64\config\systemprofile\AppData\Local\UiPath\Logs\execution_log_data
