Need some expertise to resolve the issue. I am trying to connect google drive for pre-trigger for process automation but I dont see connections even after linking up google drive.
See “No available connections. Click + Connection above to create one.” message in studio web and see drive connections in orchestrator . I am tried unlinking & linking connections, refresh of account but not resolved.

Try to check if the necessary access or permission are given to id.
Check if you can add any other activity in studio web
Also, would it be possible to share screen shot of, how you are trying to set up.

same with all activities with google
You can always remove any access in your Google Account.
[image]See, edit, create, and delete all of your Google Drive files
[image]See your personal info, including any personal info you’ve made publicly available
[image]See your primary Google Account email address
[image]Associate you with your personal info on Google
Ensure the Google Drive connection is active and linked to the correct tenant.
Orchestrator → Tenant → Connections
Check that the Google Drive connection shows Connected
Confirm it is under the same tenant where your Studio Web project resides
Pre‑triggers require the Google Drive connector to be enabled in Automation Cloud.
Automation Cloud → Admin → Tenant → Services
Verify Google Drive service is enabled
If disabled, enable it and re‑link the account
Studio Web sometimes caches connection state.
Close and reopen Studio Web
Click + Connection again
If still missing, unlink and re‑link Google Drive from Orchestrator
Insufficient permissions can block the connection from appearing.
Ensure your user role has Connection View/Use rights
Check if the connection is marked as Shared or restricted to certain folders
Helps isolate if the issue is project‑specific.
Create a new Studio Web project
Try adding the Google Drive pre‑trigger
If it appears here, the original project may need re‑configuration
This has been reported by multiple if you are using community version..
If thats not the case then please let us know more details like your access levels etc

Connections removed from orchestrator-> connections under shared and workspace. Tried adding connection from designer studio, it loads up and shows updating in progress upon google authorization & linking and fails at last

Can you try the following:
Assign the Folder Administrator role to the user.
Alternatively, you can create a custom role with the required permissions and assign it to the user. Refer the below snapshot.
