No Automations in Assistant

Hi,
For a few days now, my automations have stopped appearing in Assistant. The status is Connected and Licensed. When I log in to cloud.uipath.com with the same user, I see the shared automations. What could be causing this? I’ve already disconnected and reconnected, and restarted, but unfortunately, I can’t find the problem.

Community Edition. Assistant is up to date (UiPath Assistant 2025.10.0).

Best regards

@Staccato,

What is the license allocated to your user id? It should be Attended/Unattended.
If the license part is fine, try connecting with Machine Key.

License-Typ: “Attended - Named User”

I’d already stumbled upon trying to use the machine key. Unfortunately, that didn’t work either. Everything worked until a few days ago, but now it won’t work without some deliberate changes.

@Staccato

ideally for attended named user login needs to be with your username

also try to assign autoamtion user role and check

cheers

Hey, thanks for your support!

The Automation user role was and is assigned.

How do I log in with the username? I only have the Client ID and Machine Key options in the Assistant.

When I change the platform URL for the Orchestrator connection in the Assistant from https://cloud.uipath.com/xxxxxxxx/DefaultTenant/orchestrator_/ (Status: Connected, Licensed) to https://cloud.uipath.com, I get the status: “Connected but unable to retrieve a license.”

Connection Type: Client ID

Could this be the cause of the problem?

Hello @Staccato

The initially reported issue seems to be related to an ongoing investigation reported in status.uipath.com

Try these:

  • Perform also a sign in in UiPath Assistant apart from Connect
  • If you cannot Sign in, enable the troubleshooting session in Orchestrator tenant if you are connected with an unattended robot
