No able to found Default folder in Orchestrator

I am facing problem while adding item in queue “You are not authenticated. Error Code 0” also Default folder is not exist in my orchestrator account I have uipth
21.4.4 and same version of Assistance

You will be able to find that in middle left side, with all the folder structures and names

Pls share us the screenshot of the home page of your orchestrator

Check whether the folder exists or not from tenants

Please refer the screen shot below.

Create a default folder with type modern or classic.
