New Transactions taking long time to show on Queue

Notice that it appears to be taking a long time (approx 20 mins) for a new Queue Item to actually show up on the queue. We have an RDA that is creating a new Transaction and placing on a Queue, but the time between the creation of the Transaction and that of when it actually shows up within the Queue as a “New” Item is approx 20 mins. Any ideas as to what may be causing this…?

Hi, what is your environment? on premises or cloud, which version? How is your process adding each item?

Environment: On Premise
Version: 2019.10.18
As noted, it is adding Queue Items within an RDA. RDA is using the “Add Queue Item” Activity.

Please disregard this posting, turns out it was an internal design issue that was causing the delay, not the UiPath Platform.
