Now I got a new machine with win11, but I can not install the Studio Community Release with my old account. How to solve it?

May I know what issue are you facing?
If its license then you can delete the old machine from tenant → machiens and then connect the new one

Now I have got another new desktop. When I download the newest version community package under my old username(email box). it can not run，

When you go to Automation cloud->admin->licenses-> what do you see? Is there any license available?
To be able to connect new machine to the orchestrator,
- you can try login using service url and sign in.
- but if you have not released license from old machine, and you only have 1 license, then you will have to delete that old machine from orchestrator, and then connect the new machine using step 1

Open any web browser and try to login - https://cloud.uipath.com/
and close the assistant and try again.

Finally，by chance I connected the cloud.
I logged out the old account and relogin with an account.
Now studio works.
