How to resolve the error message: "New artifact has validation errors: Area Path must be specified. Iteration Path must be specified"?

Issue Description

UiPath Test Manager - ADO integration error:

"New Artifact has validation errors: Area Path must be specified. Iteration Path must be specified"

Resolution

Add the following fields to the "ADO - Test Case" collection:

  1. Map Area Path to a constant value.
    • Select Area Path in Test Case Artifact fields
    • Select Constant Value in Model fields
    • Choose "TestManagerIntegration_yourName"
    • Click Set Constant Value

  1. Map Iteration Path to a constant value
    • Select Iteration Path in Test Case Artifact fields
    • Select Constant Value in Model fields
    • Choose "TestManagerIntegration_yourName/Iteration 1"
    • Click Set Constant Value

Note: TestManagerIntegration_yourName is the name of the TestManager integration created on Tasktop.
