.net6 migration Studio 2022.10

I have a custom class library that was created in .net461 and migrated to .net6
When attempting to add the nuget package UiPath.intelligentocr.activities v6.6.0 on visualStudio 17.2.3, the dependency shows a warning against the dependency and does not install

When referencing the dll required directly as a project reference, the build throws this warning

Additionally when attempting to install the nuget package for my custom class library in studio:

The logs show:
package install error.txt (5.8 KB)

I suspect the package is not installing because of the Reference in the csproj file to the UiPath.IntelligentOCR.dll
