In UiPath we get the ready made template for queues, same like that i need a blank template for outlook…

are you looking for customized ReFramework to get emails as transaction item?

I tried with this but i am not getting what to do in this, if i get final template then it will be good for me

here is a sample

it is same for any type other than queueitem…you just need toc hange the transactionitem get items using transactionumber
