Needed help to build complete workflow in STUDIO X

Hi Guys

Note: using Studio X-not Studio

I downloaded 2 excel and try to filter project wise actuals total and estimated time total and send final table extracted details in to outlook email.

but I don’t know how to trigger with studio X,anyone can able to provide complete workflow to automate stuck in filter and total.

Expectation is

Filter project wise total actuals time in excel1 and Filter project wise estimated time in excel2
and calculate variable difference for actuals and estimated for each project and
Send data extracted to outlook email.

Daily my task# will gets change and needed filter by Task#, also need to filter many Task# and get data.

Kindly assist based on attached table.
