Need to validate Excel cells data againtest Merge column

Please find the attached screen shot for your reference.
Need your help to validate the ending balance of specific merge column. Need to check ending balance of each row should be zero else through an exception. Can you any one please guide me the steps?
If possible, please share an XAML file similar to this, so that It could be helpful as I have very less time to implement this and no time to do RnD
