Need to load PDF data as text into CSV file

Hi All,

Iam facing few issues ,I read the pdf data into TEXT by using OCR and now needs to load the data into csv file. But facing issues with the flow while loading data.

Do I need to definitely build the data table and do this or how

Can someone help me on this.
