Need to Get a Parameter From Apps URL

Hi Everyone, So there is a UiPath App Form where once user clicks submit a incremented Form ID gets appended to App url and send to approver in a mail,I need to get that parameter value form Url once approver clicks on it, is it possible to do so ? can anyone suggest any expression or something the same, Lets says the Parameter is DocumentID
