Need to find out no of weeks in given date format

Date 1 : 09/01/2023
Date 2 : 09/15/2023

In above given date i need number of weeks including the date 1 and 15 so we have 15 days which is divisible by 7 is greater than 2 so need to consider as 3 weeks

like wise i need logic.
