Need to create excel(third excel) of mismatch between two excel sheet

Hi All,

I need quick help on this one. I need to create excel(Third excel) which contains only mismatch of 1st and 2nd Excel.

I am attaching excel and Workflow.
Please have a look.
Any help will be appreciated.
