Need to compare two excel files with the same column and fill the values

I have two excel files. File has three columns 1. Name 2. MailID(it will have empty rows). 3. Place and second excel has one column Mail ID . The output should be it will match column name(MailID). and copy the data from second excel file and fill all the values in first excel column(Mail ID)

Can you provide us both the mentioned excel?

If it’s confidential then make a dummy excel or at least a screenshot!
