Need to assign XML text to a variable

Hi Team,

I wanted to Assign below text to a variable in assign activity. If i am keeping whole text in “” getting Error. Text is always same but few fields i need to append from Data table.

Below is the Text please help me with this.

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>

If your text contains doublequote (“) you need to escape it by two doublequotes (”")

You assign should look like
var = "<?xml version=""1.0"" encoding=""UTF-8""?>"
