I am not sure about this part, but you can try open the properties section and there check for the property where UiPath GenAI Activities connection and there add connection.

  1. Check the GenAI connection.
  2. Review the Generate Email activity properties.
  3. Try Autopilot to identify/fix configuration issues.
  4. Fine-tune the parameters afterward.

Hi @balkishan,

Based on your screenshot and the discussion so far, the issue with the Generate Email (GenAI) activity in Studio Web is usually related to configuration or connection setup. Please check the following points step by step:

  • Add/select GenAI connection in Properties. Make sure the connection is created in the same folder/tenant you are using in Studio Web.
  • Check all the parameters you can set, their validity and expected format.
  • Make sure connection exists in Integration Service and maybe refresh it [docs.uipath.com]
  • Use Autopilot: Let Autopilot analyze the workflow and fix the detected configuration issues automatically. This often helps in my case or at least nudges me in the right direction. :slight_smile:
