Need help with the usage of Form Attended Assistant Activity

Hi,

I am trying to make use of “Form Attended Assistant” activity to show up a text in the form of an URL ( like www.google.com), so that user will be able to click on the link and open the webpage, but all my attempts were failing, there is no much documentation on these attended activities.
Could some one please help me with my requirement?
Any help on this is highly appreciated.
