Need Help with string values

Hi All,
I need help with string parsing to get the values of different authors and departments separate values, I am able to get when there is only one separator or only one author value and separator by using split and mod functions etc.
But not able to get this one shown in the figure.
Please help me to separate authors and departments in to two different values.
