Need Help - Level 1 Foundation Lesson 3 issue

I am trying to follow the “Level 1 - Foundation Training - 2018.3” video and I am stuck in Lesson 3 - Data Manipulation Part 1"

I get the below error. Can I know what does it mean and how do I fix it?
