Need help in comparing the data from excel to the web portal and update the missing record

HI,
I have data in excel, I need to compare the same in a web page, whether they exist or not.
If they do not exist I need to add them into the portal. basically I need validation to be done prior entering the data into the portal.

Another scenario, I have an excel sheet and it has the number of vaccine information, same vaccine information to be validated in the portal whether the specified vaccine in the excel with the specified dates has been already added or not, if only few of the dates are missing, add only the missing dates for the respective vaccine, if none of them were added then add all of them.

I have tried on my own with other resources however unable to achieve it completely. need some community members help to close this

can someone reply me on what time can connect so that i can plan accordinlgy

above scenario can be done directly using below steps:

  1. Read Excel using Read Range (Workbook/Excel activities) into a DataTable
  2. Open the web portal (use Use Browser/Use Application Browser activity)
  3. For Each Row in DataTable (the data you already exported from Excel file)
  4. Search for the record (vaccine name, date, etc.) on the portal
  5. If record/vaccine exists:
  6. For vaccines: Check each Date
  7. Add missing dates only
  8. If record/vaccine does NOT exist:
  9. Add all information from Excel
