Need help for copying specific text from Microsoft Words to Excel

Hi I need help with copying specific text from multiple Microsoft Words to Excel :persevere:
Example:
Name: John M
Date: 25 April 2020

Every Microsoft Words have different name and date, I need only the John M and 25 April 2020 and paste it to Excel

I know there’s regex but is there any other methods? Thank youuuu!!!
