Need help-Email followup workflow

Hi,
I am new to this tool and trying to automate an email followup workflow mentioned below but not getting how to achieve this, it would be great if any of you have worked on this and can help me out to create this. Thanks in advance!

Scenario:
• Email originating from coordinator on the last day of every month.
• Email subject is: “Your Project Details for the Month of ”
• Email recipient: abc@gmail.com
• If the reply is not received in 10mins send a reminder to people who have not responded in every 10min.
• After 3 attempts CC IRA stating that its final reminder. IRA email id
• Handle mall formatted emails (use “Data not found” instead of test halt)
• If someone fails to share then use "Not Provide” in place of his info.
• Consolidate all info in an excel sheet and share it with IRA.
