Necessity of orchestrator for different environments

Need to know the necessity of orchestrator to be different for development, UAT and production. What will happen if I use single orchestrator for all three environments? Also, if I just create three different tenants for these environment, then what will be the impact on the production orchestrator…

Different environments are used in line with the change management process. For example, developers shouldn’t have access to UAT/Production. on the other hand, business users should only be able to access UAT/Production.
Technically, You can still use single orchestrator.
