Navigate Tree structure in application deployed on Remote Desktop

How to navigate through Dynamic Tree control in a desktop based application which is deployed on Remote desktop.
Mouse clicks are not reliable for use in this application.
We have to extract some information from few child nodes of tree structure which appears in adjoining sections and skip others. We stop navigation when a certain text is found.
Double click opens tree structure for further navigation. But not getting how to navigate and get Text from children of this tree structure dynamically on RDP.

Have you tried sending hot keys?

Alternatively try using click text.

Tree controls can be fiddly but there is usually a way around them.

Thanks for the reply.
The tool is not supporting keys for navigation. Also the text in tree control is dynamic for some nodes and also number of nodes can be dynamic.
