Navigate To Chrome Adding Characters

Hi All,

I’m having difficulty navigating to a link that I am using with a string eg: “www.hello.com/”+Str

But maybe it’s the website/software Zendesk that it is adding erroneous characters after the string:

Any idea how to prevent this/ another method?

can you check if string Str has Special Characters inside the value, so that this is leading to the issue?

Hey @ppr - I have used a message box to check the value and it is what I need; it seems the site itself returns these extra characters.
