Name Range Assignment in Excel

Hello Team,

I need to assign a name ranges for particular cells.

Manual work : Select the cells example (A2 to A8) in the range tab enter the name which i want example Testing. At the time A2toA8 cell assigned to Testing name. If we search Testing means it goes A2toA8.

And i need 2nd one is
I need to make a list of cell nos based on cell colors.
Like A column 4th cell contain Gray, 7th cell Contains Green like that for each rows.
