My name is wrong in certificate diploma

I believe I reported this before that my name is wrong in the certification site, some time in November.

I asked it to be corrected and if it was an issue once I got the certification. I was told it wasn’t.

Now I took the practical exam and the same issue is there.

It is André. How do I get this corrected and a new diploma?
