My downloaded Robots disappeared. Is it a settings issue?

My workplace provides a portal of sorts to download and run UiPath automations. Last week, the 10-15 bots I was running daily just disappeared and the UiPath Robot user interface started saying “NO PROCESSES AVAILABLE” with “OFFLINE” across the bottom of the box.

To the best of my knowledge, I was never connected to an orchestrator instance, and even when I uninstall a bot and redownload from the company portal, it doesn’t appear in the UiPath Robot box. Have you ever seen this before? Do you have tips for fixing it?
