My Automation Developer Associate Training (v2024.10) course shows fully completed, but the module “Automation Explorer (v2024.10) – Assessment” is stuck on Resume and not marked as Completed. Because of this, my certificate is not unlocking.
Please mark the module as completed manually and unlock my certificate.

Sir, I have tried all possible steps and contacted support many times, but the reply I received was that nothing can be done. I am really worried because I worked very hard to finish this course.
I kindly request you, Sir, to please check once if my certificate can still be unlocked or if there is any alternative solution. Even if it cannot be resolved, please let me know clearly so I can understand what to do next.
