My bot is disconnect when I log in in the assistant

Hello,
When I connect in the assistant, In the studio its sing out and robot error, if I sign in with my email in the studio the assistant bot through it, won’t show any list of the process if connect through Url assistant work fine but in a studio its signout

yes machine URL only in the assistant the processor list is not showing
