My assistant is blank

Help!

My enterprise studio has been updated license recently, the studio is OK.
But when I run assistant, just a blank window jumped out. What is wrong?

try restarting the machine and check as a first try - a global resolution :stuck_out_tongue:

if that does not work..check vent viewer logs when you open the assitant and see if you find any errors
