My Agent Stopped Working - "Insufficient Funds"

Hi everyone,

I’m facing a critical issue with my UiPath agent. It was working fine, but now it’s stopped, and I’m consistently getting the following error message:

Insufficient funds: Your account doesn’t have enough credits to complete this source. Please add funds or contact your administrator for assistance.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

It appears your agent has exhausted the daily credits for LLM calls.
Check this: Agents - Licensing

The best option now is to wait for the refresh and rerun the agent the next day.

Welcome to UiPath,

Your account has no remaining credits to run the robot. Check in Admin → Licenses for usage. You need to add more credits.

if you’re using a community plan, consider upgrading if your usage is consistently high
