My Academy Account has disappeared

I have completed all of the Developer courses and have the Advanced Developer certification and I have completed a couple of the Business Analyst courses. I was logging back in after a while to evaluate the Solution Architect course plan and found that I no longer have any account history. I believe this is because my original login was under my work email and then with the SSO conversion for various reasons it was set up with my Microsoft Account email. The two do not appear to be connected. Can youhelp resolve this issue?
