Multiple screenshots or recording before exception

Hi there. I remember a while back reading that it is possible to take multiple screenshots or a recording before an exception occurs. We have now upadted to Orchestrator version 19.44 but i cant find info about this. Is there anybody that have tried this and have some information on how to do this?

Got it. Its in the server webconfig file where media recording has to be enabled.
