Multiple Activity Selection Properties

In my case I would like to reduce the DelayMS for multiple terminal activities as the automation is pretty slow.

What are the disadvantages of showing DelayMS or TImeoutMS in properties when multiple activities are selected?

Modify the same property on multiple similar activities at once!
