Multi-node Orchestrator setup in a stretched Network

We have two data centers in a stretched network. The two data centers do not have a shared disc. The packages are replicated SAN to SAN which has 3-5 minutes of delay. If we keep one orchestrator each in a data center (both orchestrators in active mode in a cluster with load balancer), will it perform as expected?

The latency between the two data centers is less than 10ms.
