Error fix for "Sorry! An error occurred and the page will reload (#199 - You are not authenticated! (#0))" .

Issue Description: Error encountered after multi-node installation.

After a multi-node installation, host tenant is accessible, but default tenant not. The #199 error message when attempting to access the default tenant is received.

Checking the primary nodes Event Logs, the following error was found - IDX20803 - Unable to obtain configuration from:



Resolution:

  • Run the Redis Flush command as seen in the Multi-Node Environment and the access the primary node should be restored.
