I’ve got a URL for downloading a response Excel file on a local machine. If I manually select the user on the Sign-in window once a day, it functions properly for that day. However, occasionally, it indicates that the link is unavailable.
Should I create a profile to address this issue, or should I consult with the business to ensure proper access for this service user?
