MS Access error message while trying to automate a input form

I am always getting following error messages, when I try to trigger Click activity or Type into text activity of MS Access Application.

Any pointers on resolving this would be helpful. I don’t see this error if I do the steps manually.

As you know this is a MS Access error. Do you get the same message when you are trying to perform manually?

Edit: Did not notice that it works when done manually. I will try on my end and let you know.
