Hello, my company would like to move to Enterprise Edition. I would like to ask if there is a requirement to have employees with specific UiPath certifications? How long it would take to move from Comunity Edition to Enterprise Edition?

FYI, your company was never allowed to use Community edition for commerical works. Its against the Terms of Service and User Licence you agreed to.
Its great you are now fixing that and moving to an appropriate version, but I encourage you to raise this as an issue internally as whoever is responsible for setting up the original arrangement broke the TOS and opened up to company to legal liability.
