It’s an intermittent issue. Sometimes the message goes nowhere after a move email activity. For example, if there’s a system exception. move message from inbox to Exceptions folder. Then the message disappears. It’s not in deleted folder, or junk, or promotions. Any hints?

Fix it quick:
New profile: ONLY shared mailbox creds (File > Account Settings > Manage Profiles > Add, set default).
Full path: “\shared@domain.com\Inbox\Exceptions”.
Or use Move Mail Message skips Outlook crap entirely.
Check target folder after + log EntryID.

Thank for your response. Turns out another team member was moving the email messages to another inbox and I wasn’t of this behavior until now.
Problem solved.
