Move outlook mail copies instead of moves

Hi,

I am using the Move outlook mail message activity but instead of moving the outlook-message it copies it to the destination folder. I do not know why that is. Can anybody help me with this?

may i know why we are using OPEN APPLICATION in front
are we trying to initialize the application, but that wont impact this

I want to open outlook so I can see what happens.
In other robots it actually moves the items, in this one it does not.

I do not now the references to the exchange server

@Dion Did you happen to find fix for the same ? I am facing the same issue.

Hi, it seemed that the disk where the temp-directory is placed was almost full. We had to clean out the temp-files and then the problem was solved.
