can you please use log messages of both source and destination variables and show here

Also uncheck create if not exists in word proprties

There is no error there. It’s pausing because you have a breakpoint set and are using Debug. Just press the continue button.

Thanks every one. My folder name and file name was same.I gave different folder name and file name . Then I gave full path and file name it worked
