Move all files in a physical folder to a folder in Outlook mail folder

I have created a new Outlook folder. Is there any way to move all files in a folder to Outlook folder using any actvities.

My destination is an ‘Outlook’ mail folder and i need to move multiple files to the destination. Is it optimal to use ‘move files’ in this case?
